Arthur Rainey, age 68, of Cleveland, Arkansas passed away Thursday, March 30, 2017. Born November 7, 1948, he was the son of Levester and Pearl Rainey. He is survived by his children Marcia (Sweetie) Rainey-Hervey of Little Rock, AR, Clayton (Punchie) Rainey of Morrilton, AR, Paula Rainey of Kansas City Missouri, Arlena Tweh of Tulsa, Oklahoma, Arquel and Aspen Rainey of Cleveland, AR and a young lady he held very dear and considered the love of his life, Tiffany Senior of Cleveland, AR, one brother, John (Delois) Rainey of Morrilton, two sisters; Lula Howard of Morrilton and Loretha (Glen) Wright of Hattieville, AR. Funeral service for Mr. Rainey will be Saturday, April 8, 2017, 11:00 A.M. at New Prospect Missionary Baptist Church in Cleveland, Arkansas by Rev. Frederick L. Haynes. Interment will be in New Mt. Zion Cemetery in Cleveland by Wilson & Jarrett Funeral Home of Morrilton. The body will lie in state at the church from 10:00 A.M. to 11:00 A.M. the day of the funeral. Public viewing will be from 2:00 P.M. to 6:00 P.M. Friday, April 7, 2017 at Wilson & Jarrett Funeral Home
