Bessie Alvander Jenkins Hill, age 90, of Morrilton, Arkansas passed away Thursday, October 12, 2017. Born October 24, 1926 in Springfield, Arkansas, she was the daughter of the late William Jenkins and Viva Jenkins. She is survived by one brother, Theodore Jenkins (Louise) of North Pole, Alaska, two sisters; Exie Hardiman-Johnson of Plumerville, Arkansas and Tessie Mae Warren (Edward) of Muskogee, Oklahoma and her special niece, Delois Hardiman of Conway, Arkansas, numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews, other relatives and friends. Funeral service for Mrs. Hill will be Thursday, October 19, 2017, 11:00 A.M. at Wilson & Jarrett Funeral Home Chapel 106 E. Elm Street in Morrilton, Arkansas by Rev. Dr. David E. Cox. Interment will be in Bethlehem Cemetery in Springfield, Arkansas. Public viewing will be Wednesday, October 18, 2017 from 2:00 P.M. to 6:00 P.M. at Wilson & Jarrett Funeral Home.
