Betty Lou Franklin, age 83, of Blackwell, Arkansas passed away Thursday, December 15, 2016. Born May 4, 1933 in Blackwell, she was the daughter of the late Wilmer and Annie Mae Bland. She is survived by one son, Michael Franklin, Sr. (Kathy), one daughter, Deirdre Franklin Wilkins both of Blackwell, Arkansas, daughter-in-law, Tammy (Wert) Franklin, 13 grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren Funeral service for Mrs. Franklin will be Friday, December 23, 2016 at 11:00 A.M. at St. Paul A.M.E. Church in Morrilton by Rev. Torre Kindle. Interment will be in Rose of Sharon Cemetery in Blackwell, Arkansas.
