Mrs. Bettye Jean Hervey 84, of Morrilton, Arkansas transitioned on Tuesday, December 19, 2023, in Little Rock, Arkansas. Bettye was born July 29, 1939, to Robert and Burnice Perry. She accepted Christ at an early age. Bettye worked at Interstate as a Lune Operator for several years. She also worked as a caregiver for many years. She loved to cook, fish, bake, go to yard sales, and shop, but above all she loved spending time with her family. She is preceded in death by her parents; husband; Arble Hervey, sons; Michael Wayne Brewer, Randy Joe (Flakes) Perry, and Lee Hervey; sisters; Leonia Perry, Velma Everette, Corine Williams, Cleo Taylor, Roxie Ann Johnson, brothers; Robert Perry, Jr., Lee Andrew Perry, and Willie Perry. She will live on in the hearts of her four daughters, Debra Garlington, Carlean (Anthony) Holmes, Laura Hervey, and Lisa Hervey; sister, Mary Perry and brother Charles Perry.
