Mr. Charles Cato, Sr., 70 of Morrilton, AR transitioned on Thursday, January 19, 2023, at Baptist Health Medical Center - Little Rock. Charles was born February 18, 1952, to the late L. C. Cato and Athalene Foster-Cato. He was employed by the South Conway County School District as a bus driver for several years. Charles loved to fish, he also enjoyed buying and driving cars. He is preceded in death by his parents, wife Gloria Winston-Cato; daughter, Christina Strickland; son, Roger Winston; two brothers, George Allen Perry, Lewis Henry Cato; three sisters, Girtha Rankin, Gladys Cato and Lille Mae Cato-Pledger. He leaves to cherish his memory three sons, Caleb Cato, Charles Cato, Jr. and Matthew Winston, two grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Laugh as we always laughed at the little jokes that we enjoyed together. Play, smile, think of me, pray for me. Let my name be ever the household word that it always was. Let it be spoken without an effort, without the ghost of a shadow upon it. Life means all that it ever meant. It is the same as it ever was. There is absolute and unbroken continuity.
