Cumire Embry, age 101, of Morrilton, Arkansas passed away Thursday, December 5, 2019.

Born December 28, 1917, she was the daughter of the late Edward Thompson and Phyllis Templeton Thompson.

She is survived by two sons, David Embry (Sharon) of Petersburg, Virginia and Henry Embry, Jr. (Helen) of San Antonio, Texas, two daughters, Betty Jones of Pine Bluff, Arkansas and Geraldine Nichols of St. Louis, Missouri, 14 grandchildren, 29 great-grandchildren and 32 great-great grandchildren.

Funeral service for Mrs. Embry will be Saturday, December 14, 2019, 1:00 P.M. at Union Missionary Baptist Church 201 N. Bentley St. in Morrilton, Arkansas by Rev. Charles Brown.

Interment will be in Odd Fellows Cemetery in Morrilton, Arkansas by Wilson & Jarrett Funeral Home of Morrilton.

Public viewing will be from 2:00 P.M. to 5:00 P.M. Friday, December 13, 2019 at Wilson & Jarrett Funeral Home Chapel.
