Derrick Deon Criswell, Jr., age seven of Morrilton, Arkansas passed away Sunday, January 12, 2014. He was a second grade student at Morrilton Elementary School in Morrilton, Arkansas. He is survived by his father, Derrick Deon Criswell, Sr. of Conway, Arkansas and his mother, Marissa Criswell of Morrilton, Arkansas, maternal grandmother, Jennifer Foster of Morrilton, Arkansas, paternal grandmother, Helen Criswell of the Union Chapel Community, step-grandfather, Billy French of Conway, Arkansas, paternal great-grandmothers, Ruby Fergerson of Conway, Arkansas and Geneva Criswell of the Union Chapel Community, maternal great-grandfather, William Foster of Morrilton, Arkansas, two brothers, Darian Criswell of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma and Cedrick Criswell of Conway, Arkansas, three sisters, Tamara Criswell of Plumerville, Arkansas, Zaria Wright and Inija Criswell both of Conway, Arkansas. Funeral service for Derrick will be Saturday, January 18, 2014 at 11:00 A.M. at Mt. Carmel Missionary Baptist Church 105 Arnold Street in Plumerville, AR by Rev. Tremayne Harris. Interment will be in Mt. Zion Cemetery in Morrilton. The body will lie in state from 10:00 A.M. to 11:00 A.M. at the church the day of the funeral. Public viewing will be from 2:00 P.M. to 6:00 P.M, Friday, January 17, 2014 at Wilson & Jarrett Funeral Home Chapel.
