Frances Jeanett Jones 71, of Hattieville, AR formerly of St. Louis, MO transitioned from labor to reward on Wednesday, May 19, 2021 at Heritage Health and Rehabilitation in Conway, AR. She was born on February 22, 1950 in Plumerville, AR to the late Dorothy Mae (Black) Williams and the late Scott Ruben Jenkins.

At a very early age, she began her Christian experience at Shady Grove Baptist Church. She completed her elementary and high school education in Plumerville, AR. Soon after graduation she relocated to St. Louis, MO, where she graduated from Toast Masters and held a double bachelor's degree in human resources and business from Columbia University. She has a double master's degree in education from Missouri Baptist.

Frances was an educator, mentor, and leader in her community all dedicated to the "Cause for Christ". She worked in the Riverview School District as a classroom teacher and as head of the before and after school program for the past 20 years. In 1996, she joined St. Louis Christian Center where she served on the prison ministry team as well as other auxiliaries. She was a member of Body of Christ Ministry under Dr. Debbie Viser, where she would travel and minister in the streets and state prisons until her health fail.

Frances is preceded in death by her parents, Dorothy Mae (Black) Williams and Scott Ruben Jenkins. Roy Lee Williams step-father, and Roy Lee Williams Jr. step-brother.

Frances leaves to cherish her memories, one son Roland Jones (Terrell) of Hattieville, AR, one grandson Deon Jones, one great granddaughter, Lovelan Jones both of Kansas City, MO, two brothers : Mitchell Black(Sandra), Wayne Williams (Keisha) both of Morrilton, AR, five sisters: Doris Payne (Terry) of Morrilton, AR Stephanie Crenshaw (Larry) of Plumerville, AR, Anita Williams, Dessie Willaims, and Myra Williams of Plumerville, AR and a host of nephews, nieces, relatives and friends.
