Frederick Ross was born February 16, 1951 to the late Freddie Ross and R.Q. Ashford Ross.He departed this life October 7, 2015 at Conway Regional Hospital in Conway, Arkansas.He united with Moores Chapel A.M.E. Zion Church at an early age. He is preceded in death by his parents, two sisters, Parthenia Byers, Diane Ross and abrother Rickey Jeffers. Survivors include his loving wife of 31 years, Janice Ross of Plumerville, Arkansas, two daughters, Darinda (Remont) Cobb of Conway, Arkansas and Katina (Clarence) Sanders of Little Rock, Arkansas, five sons, Roderick Byers of Kansas City, Missouri, Frederick Allen Ross, Jr. of Conway, Arkansas, Lance (Tori) Ross of Conway, Arkansas, Brandon (Tarren) Ross of Conway, Arkansas and Derrick (Kimber) Ross of Plumerville, Arkansas, five sisters, Linder (Ben) Hall, Myree (Carl) Johnson, Freddie Chambers all of Cleveland, Arkansas, Ida (Eugene) Ross of Los Angeles, California, Gwendolyn (Sam) McDaniel of Kansas City, Missouri, 14 grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Funeral service for Mr. Ross will be Saturday, October 10, 2015, 10:00 A.M. at Moores Chapel A.M.E. Zion Church in Cleveland, Arkansas by Rev. Willie L. Johnson. Interment will be in Mt. Vernon Cemetery in Cleveland. The body will lie in state from 9:00 A.M. to 10:00 A.M. at the church the day of the funeral.
