Mrs. Georgia Brown, 95 of Kansas City, Kansas, formerly of Morrilton, Arkansas transitioned Tuesday, February 15, 2022. Georgia Mae Seawright Brown was born October 5, 1926 in Solgohachia, Arkansas to the late Theodore and Ethel Jackson Seawright. Georgia moved to Oklahoma City, Oklahoma and attended Douglass High School where she graduated with her diploma. She later moved back to Arkansas where she married the love of her lifeIsaac J. Brown.In 1953 she was employed by the Winthrop Rockefeller family where she retired in 1986 after working thirty-three years. Georgia loved working in her yard planting flower and creating flower arrangements. She loved people and had a lovable personality. She was a member of Harding Street Church of Christ in Morrilton, Arkansas before she moved to Kansas City to live with her daughter and son-in-law, where she attended Roswell Church of Christ until death.
Georgia ispreceded in death by her husband, Isaac J. Brown; Parents, Theodore and Ethel Seawright; son, Harold Brown; sisters, Verdie Surratt and Lois Petty; and grandson, Keith L. Cole.
She leaves to cherish her memory two daughters, Linda (Randy) George of Kansas City, KS and Janice (Willie) Cole of Kansas City, MO; two sons, Jerry (Paula) Brown of Little Rock, AR and Glen (Linda) Brown of Kansas City, MO; one step daughter, Jacquelyn (Jim) Maloney of Wichita, KS; one brother, Darnell (LaDonna) Seawright of Oklahoma City, OK; one loving brother-in-law, Jonas Byers of Kansas City, MO; a very dear brother-in-law, Bennie Surratt of Oklahoma City, OK; one special niece, Rita Galloway of Solgohachia, AR; nine grandchildren, fourteen great grandchildren, one great great grandchild, two dear friends, Nancy Byers and Helen Toney of Morrilton, AR; and a host of other nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

God is our refuge and strength, an ever-present help in trouble. Therefore we will not fear, though the earth give way and the mountains fall into the heart of the sea.
