Hivlies C. WilliamsIngram was born May 17,1951 in Plumerville, Arkansas to the late Willlie S. Williams and Ida Lou Williams. She entered into a peaceful and eternal reward on August 20, 2012. She joined Mt. Carmel Missionary Baptist Church at an early age. She later joined Jehovah Jireh Church in Menifee, Arkansas. Hivlies was a faithful and dedicated member until her illness. She leaves to cherish her memories; her husband, Roy Ingram of Plumerville, Arkansas, two sons: Corey Williams of Tulsa, Oklahoma and Eddie L. Williams (Nicole) of Plumerville, Arkansas, five grandchildren and one expected great-grandchild on September 4, two sisters: Margarette Oates (Bobby), Wichita, Kansas and Janice Barbary (Anderson) Love Park, Illinois, two brothers: Langston S. Williams of Plumerville, Arkansas and Scott Williams of Texarkana, Texas, a host of nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles.
