Mr. Horis Glover, 78 of Blackwell, Arkansas transitioned from Labor to Reward on October 18, 2022. He was born February 2, 1944, in Ogemaw, Arkansas to Onie Glover and Elnora Gleason Glover. Horis professed a hope in Christ at an early age. He had a great love for the lord and his family. He was an active member of St. Matthew No.3 Missionary Baptist Church in Blackwell, Arkansas. Horis served his country for over 20 years in the Air Force. He retired from UPS after working 20 plus years with the company. In 1971, Horis married the love of his life, Carol Evelyn Lynch. He is preceded in death by his parents, wife, and brother Thelton Glover. He leaves to cherish his memories, three sons, Stacey Glover of Columbus, Georgia; Alan (Ann) Glover of Fort Smith, Arkansas; Carl Wyrick of Augusta, Arkansas; five sisters; one brother; 7 grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
