IN LOVING MEMORY OF
King Truman
Arnold, Jr.
February 20, 1949 – March 29, 2015
Each life, indeed, has its own purpose, paints its own picture, is the editor of its own story, and leaves its own memory. King Truman Arnold, Jr. moved into this world so ordered by God on February 20, 1949 in Kansas City, Missouri. He was the first child of nine children and is proceeded in death by his parents, King Truman Arnold, Sr. and Mary Katherine Arnold, one sister, (Mary Alneta Arnold) and one brother (Rodney Arnold). He attended Douglass High School.Although, he did not attend college he obtained the respect and prestige equivalent to those who did. As he traveled life's highway, he introduced the world to an intellect that superseded most and challenged the minds of those who deemed themselves as equal to him.He enjoyed jazz music, good cooking and an analytical game of chess. He acquired a love of artisanship from his father and his phenomenal talent painted pictures on the tapestry of our minds. He art weaved patterns of originality the ""King Truman"" was truly one of a kind. There were times when he was too smart for his own good. Not the kind of smart that's found in educational books or the intelligence that has the answers to your existence, or analyzes every question, but it was his lack of intelligence that dark chocolate and Fred's water could cure any illness that some believe led to his final resting stop on his life's journey. His road trip in this life may have come to an end on March 29, 2015, but his life in Christ also began the same day.He accepted Jesus Christ as his personal Savior prior to his death. The greatest decision Truman made was allowing God to complete the masterpiece He began in him 66 years ago. Truman leaves a legacy of love and never forgotten memories to six siblings; Trunita Miller, Kansas City, MO, Juanita Arnold, Shawn Arnold and Gregory Arnold, Memphis, TN, Rev. Johann Arnold (Drusilla) Blackwood, NJ and Drancy Arnold, (Carol Swanigan) Little Rock, AR. His special friend, Carthedia Jeffers and numerous nieces, nephews, and friends. D. A memorial service for Mr. Arnold will be Saturday, April 4, 2015 at Art Space Gallery in Morrilton by the family.Rev. Johann D. Arnold will be the eulogist.
