Mondray Clinton Kelley was born September 10, 1970 to Jackie Clinton Kelley and Dinah Ray Hervey Kelley. He departed this life June 27, 2009. Mondray joined Shady Grove Baptist Church at a young age in Plumerville, AR. He later joined Mt. Carmel Baptist Church in Plumerville, AR. Mondray completed his high school education at Thomas Jefferson High School in Dallas, TX. He received his Bachelor's of Science Degree from Navarro College in Corsicanna, TX. To further his education, he attended the University of North Texas, St. Phillip's College in San Antonio , TX and UCA College in Conway, AR. He worked for Excel Distribution in Conway, AR. Mondray was preceded in death by his father Jackie C. Kelley an one sister, Marinda L. Kelley. He is survived by his mother, Dinah Ray Kelley of Conway, AR, three brothers; Harold Kelley and Bryan (Benji) Williams of Little Rock, AR, Brian Hill of Springfield, AR, one sister, Jacquelyn Kelley of Conway, AR, grandmothers, Hygia Bell Hervey of Plumerville, AR, Geraldine Kelley of Conway, AR andgrandfather, Monroe Kelley of Conway, AR .
