Dr. Perry William Brown, age 88 of Morrilton, Arkansas passed away Sunday, March 26, 2017. Born June 13, 1928 in Morrilton, he was the son of William P. and Emily Brown. He was a retired Lt. Colonel from the U. S. Army and a Mason. He is survived by one son, Perry Thomas Brown of Knoxville, Tennessee, one daughter, Kimberly Angelica Brown of Ft. Smith, Arkansas and three grandchildren, Perry A. Brown, Nolan P. Brown and MacKenzie J. Brown. Funeral service for Dr. Brown will be Friday, March 31, 2017 10:00 A.M. at St. Paul A.M.E. Church 309 N. Division St. in Morrilton, Arkansas by Rev. Torre Kindle. Interment will be in Arkansas State Veterans Cemetery, 1501 W. Maryland Avenue, North Little Rock, Arkansas on Friday. The body will lie in state at the church from 9:00 A.M. to 10:00 A.M. the day of the funeral. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations are made to Meals on Wheels or the Senior Adult Center.
