Bro. Randy Joe Reese was born on February 9, 1962 in Morrilton, Arkansas.He was the 7th child born to the union of Lorine Palmer Reese and the late Ulysee Reese, Sr. He accepted Christ at an early age joining the Shady Grove MBC in Plumerville, Arkansas under, the leadership of Rev. Jerry Bradden, were he remained until death. He was educated in the Morrilton School Systems.Randy was a collector of many items and loved to build with his hands, his smile is unforgettable.He loved to make people laugh and was not a stranger to anyone. Randy was preceded in death by his father, Ulysee Reese, Sr., brother, Ulysee Reese, Jr., sister Lora Ann Reese, nephew, Alfred Gearod Brewer, Sr., brother-in-law, Elder Edward Wright and his grandparents. On Wednesday, July 8, 2015, under the faithful watch of his mother, while in the arms of his loving sister, Velma, Randy accepted his call to eternal life. Randy leaves special memories to his sons, Randall (Jessica) Edwards of Little Rock, Arkansas, Randarius Edwards of Brinkley, Arkansas, daughters, Latisha (Jay) Aleem, Washington State, Tamika Cobbs, Monica Edwards of Little Rock, Arkansas and Brandi Hicks of Texas, his loving mother, Lorine Reese of Morrilton, one brother, Steven (Gail)Reese of Plumerville, Arkansas, four sisters; Velma Wright and Bobbie Hervey of Morrilton, Arkansas, Lois Reese and Sharon Reese of Tulsa, Oklahoma, two uncles, William Reese and Earnest C. Reese of Aurora, Colorado.He was also blessed with 16 grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews, a host of other family and friends who will forever love and miss him. Funeral service for Mr. Reese will be Saturday, July 11, 2015, 1:00 P.M. at Bread of Heaven Deliverance Church in Morrilton, Arkansas by Rev. Jerry Bradden.Interment will be in Owens Cemetery in Plumerville, Arkansas . The body will lie in state from 12:00 P.M. to 1:00 P.M. at the church the day of the funeral.
