Ravin Ramone Garlington ""Pun"" was born on December 3, 1989 in Conway, Arkansas to Hal Van Garlington and Ursula Nannette Moore Garlington. Ravin graduated from Wonderview High School on May 24, 2008. He was an active member of the Dare Devils basketball team, Future Business Leaders of America and FCCLA.

He professed a hope in Christ at an early age and joined the New Prospect Missionary Baptist Church where he served as an usher, choir member and past president of the Youth Department. Ravin leaves to cherish his memories; his mother and father Van and Nan Garlington of Cleveland, Arkansas, one sister, Tamala Garlington of Conway, Arkansas, one niece, Tamiya Garlington of Conway, Arkansas his paternal grandparents, Sherman Garlington of Morrilton, Arkansas, Fervet and Cora Surratt of Morrilton, Arkansas, his maternal grandparents, James and Ruthie Moore of Cleveland, Arkansas along with a host of aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
