Mr. Richard R. Penn, age 93, of Menifee, Arkansas passed away, Monday, May 2, 2011. He is survived by his two sons, Richard V. Penn of Kingman, Arizona and Christopher Penn of Menifee, Arkansas, two daughters, Pamela V. Tuggle of Chicago, Illinois and Deloris M. Penn of North Little Rock, Arkansas, nine grandchildren and on great-grandchild. A private memorial service will be held later.
