Ruthie Mae White (Palmer) was the daughter of the late Clifford Palmer and Lucille Trezvant. Ruthie was born December 1, 1937 in Plumerville, Arkansas. She attended Shady Grove Baptist Church until she moved to Kansas City, Kansas. When she returned to Morrilton, Arkansas, she attended St. Matthew No. 2 Missionary Baptist Church. She departed this life December 25, 2015. She had one son, Calvin Palmer who preceded her in death. She leaves to cherish her memory, one sister, Lorine Reese, numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Funeral service for Miss White will be Thursday, December 31, 2015, 11:00 A.M. at St. Matthew No. 2 Missionary Baptist Church, 1600 W. Church Street, Morrilton by Dr. Henry Harris. Interment will be in Owens Cemetery in Plumerville, Arkansas. The body will lie in state from 10:00 A.M. to 11:00 A.M. at the church the day of the funeral service.
