Sherman Gaylloyd Black ""Wolfe"", age 61, of Plumerville, Arkansas received his heavenly wings onTuesday, March 17, 2020.

He was a veteran of the United States Army

Born April 8, 1958 in Morrilton, Arkansas, he was the son of the late Herman Lee ""Will"" Black and Venora ""Ma Puddin"" Black.

He is survived by his wife, Jacquelyn Black of Plumerville, Arkansas, five sons, Noah Black of Conway, Arkansas, Jason Rushing of Kansas City, Missouri, Deaundra Wiliams, Jerel Williams and Casey Williams all of Galveston, Texas, four brothers, Billy Black (Shyrice) of Russellville, Arkansas, Robert Black (the late Delois Black) of Morrilton, Arkansas, Regis Watts (Rose) of Savanah, Georgia, Edward Walls (Flora) of Plumerville, Arkansas, ten sisters, Mattie Brewer (James) of Springfield, Arkansas, Gracie Williams, Vera Cross (Duel), Janice Walls (Arthur), Brenda Black, Veronica Lambert (Rev. Earnest), Aurelia Black and Sharon Abrams all of Plumerville, Arkansas, Donna Black (Michael) of Menifee, Arkansas, Patricia Watts of Ft. Worth, Texas, mother-in-law, Lila Payne of Morrilton, Arkansas, three grandchildren, Mariah Williams, Alana Williams and Malakai Williams, one uncle, Rev. Michael Williams (Brenda) of Morrilton, Arkansas, three aunts, Bernice Strickland of Coffeeville, Kansas, Marva Pirtle of Conway, Arkansas and Joyce Cummings of Plumerville, Arkansas.

Private graveside service for Mr. Black (immediate family only), will be Thursday, March 26, 2020 at Owens Cemetery in Plumervile, Arkansas by Rev. Brandon L. Williams. Interment will be in Owens Cemetery by Wilson & Jarrett Funeral Home of Morrilton.

There will be no public viewing.
