Takes A. Hardiman, age 66 of Plumerville, Arkansas passed away Thursday, March 29, 2018. Born May 5, 1951 in Plumerville, Arkansas, he was the son of Exie Hardiman-Johnson and the late Haley Hardiman. Takes was preceded in death by his three brothers, Earl Hardiman, Dennis Hardiman and Anthony Hardiman. He is survived by his mother, Exie Hardiman-Johnson of Plumerville, Arkansas, one daughter, Takeslesha Johnson of Plumerville, Arkansas and her mother, Regina Johnson, four sons, Greg Hardiman, Marvin Hardiman, Takes Hardiman, Jr. all of Plumerville, Arkansas and Leon Washington of Little Rock, Arkansas and their mother Doris Washington- Hardiman, one brother, Graylane Hardiman of Plumerville, Arkansas, three sisters, Delois Hardiman of Conway, Arkansas, Sharon Toney and Cherry Hardiman both of Plumerville, Arkansas, one uncle, Theodore Jenkins (Louise) of North Pole, Alaska, one aunt, Tessie Warren (Edward) Muskogee, Oklahoma, numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews, other relatives and friends and a special friend, Polly Boone. Funeral service for Mr. Hardiman will be Saturday, April 7, 2018, 11:00 A.M. at Mt. Carmel Missionary Baptist Church, 105 Arnold Street in Plumerville, Arkansas by Rev. Dr. David E. Cox. Interment will be in Edmonson Cemetery in Plumerville, Arkansas. Public viewing will be Friday, April 6, 2018 from 2:00 P.M to 5:00 P.M. at Wilson & Jarrett Funeral Home chapel.
