Tommy Lee (T.L.)Foster, Sr., age 75 of Conway, Arkansas passed away, Saturday, December 9, 2017. He is survived by two sons; Tommy Foster (Cyndi) of Conway, Arkansas and Tony(Sarah) of Menifee, Arkansas, three daughters; Sandra Oliver (Pastor Robert) of Menifee, Arkansas, Annette Lambros (Steven) of Ft. Smith, Arkansas and Mary Ann Foster of Russellville, Arkansas, three brothers; John Foster (Catherine)and Lee Andrew Foster all of Morrilton, and Cal D. Foster of Plumerville, Arkansas, six sisters; Norma Jean Carolina (Johnny), Bettye Foster, Bettye English (Raymond), Ivory Bell (Norman), Marlene Hardiman (Earl and Helen Bowen all of Morrilton, Arkansas, 12 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren. Funeral service for Mr. Foster will be Friday, December 15, 2017, 11:00 A.M. at Greater Union Hill Missionary Baptist Church in Morrilton by Pastor Robert Oliver, Jr. Interment will be in Mt. Zion Cemetery in Morrilton. The body will lie in state from 10:00 A.M. to 11:00 A.M. at the church the day of the funeral.
