Ulysee Reese Jr. began hislife's journey on July 19, 1952in Morrilton,Arkansas. Jr. was the first son and the third child born into the family of Ulysee Reese Sr. and Lorine Palmer Reese.His father, Ulysee ReeseSr., one nephew, Alfred Gerod Brewer Sr. and his grandparents preceded him in death.He confessed a hope in Christ an an early age and united with the Shady Grove Missionary Baptist Church in Plumerville, Arkansas.Ulysee was educated in the Morrilton School System graduating in 1970. He received his Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Centeral Arkansas, Conway, Arkansas in 1977.He moved to Denver, Colorado in 1978, there he united with the Mt. Carmel MissionaryBaptist Church. He was employed at Norgren as a die caster until 1996. He was united in marriage to Dorothy Mae Dillard. They were blessed with two children, Tyrone and LaToya. In 1996, Jr.'shealth began to fail causing him to move back home where his mother, Lorine and his sister, Velma cared for him dearly. After returning home, he joined Bread of Heaven Deliverance Church where he remained until death.He accepted his call to eternal life June 9, 2012 in the comfort of his home surrounded by his loved ones.Those left to cherish his memories; his mother, Lorine Reese of Morrilton, one daughter, LaToya Reese of Aurora, Colorado, one son, Tyrone Reese of Aurora, Colorado, two brothers, Randy Joe Reeseand Steven (Gail)Reese of Morrilton, five sisters, Velma (Edward)Wright and Bobbie Hervey of Morrilton, Lois Reese, Sharon Reese and Lora AnnReese of Tulsa, Oklahoma, one special sister Norma Pannell and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, family and friends.Funeral service for Mr. Reese will be Saturday, June 16, 2012 at 1:00 P.M. at Bread of Heaven Deliverance Church 317 N.St. Joseph Street in Morrilton by Pastor Jerry Bradden Sr.Burial will be in Owens Cemetery in Plumerville, Arkansas.
