Vianna McDaniel Byers was born October 18, 1918 to the late Earl and Sarah McDaniel in Cleveland, Arkansas. On May 24, 2010 she entered into peaceful rest and eternal reward. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ulies Byers, daughter, Luella Alexander and grandson-in-law, Garron Porchay, brothers; Wilma, Lonnie and Frank McDaniel. Vianna was united in Holy matrimony to Ulies Byers. She joined New Prospect Baptist Church. She later joined Moores Chapel A.M.E. Zion Church in Cleveland where she remained a faithful member until her health failed. She leaves to cherish her memories; eight grandchildren, Caesar Alexander (Dorothy), Conway, AR, Terry Alexander, Hayward, CA, Angela Toney (Kevin), Wichita, KS, Margaret Mayott, Riverdale, GA, Eula Brewer, Bonnie Porchay, Richard Alexander and Darrell Alexander (Ladonna) all of Morrilton, AR, twenty-one great-grandchildern, twenty-nine great-great grandchildren, one great-great-great grandchild, one sister, Alma Tate, Kansas City, MO, two brother; James McDaniel, Kansas City, MO and J. C. McDaniel (Christina) Rockford, IL and a special friend Ima Jean Loehr. Funeral service for Mrs. Byers will be Saturday at 11:00 A.M. May 29, 2010 at Moores Chapel A.M.E. ZionChurch Cleveland, Arkansas. Burial will be in Moores Chapel Cemetery in Cleveland, Arkansas.
