Mrs. Mary Ann Clemons, 69 of Plumerville, Arkansas transitioned from Labor to Reward on Wednesday, May 4, 2022 at Conway Regional Medical Center.
Mary was born on February 1, 1953, in Morrilton, Arkansas to the late Louisa McDowell Strickland and Floyd Strickland. She professed a hope in Christ at an early age and was baptized and joined Union Baptist Church in Morrilton, AR. Mary married Bobby Clemons on January 24, 1972 and to this union three children were born. She worked for the South Conway County School system for a number of years before going to work for St Vincent Hospital and Conway Regional Rehabilitation Hospital as a Nursing Assistant for over twenty years.
Mary is preceded in death by her parents, brothers; Robert Rosbia and Bobby McDowell, Sr and grandson; Victor Darwin Ealy
She leaves to cherish her memories her husband of 50 years, Bobby Clemons; daughter, Beverly Ealy; two sons, Christopher Clemons and Cameron (Christy) Clemons; grandchildren, Lorenzo Ealy, Divan (Rebecca) Ealy, Toary Clemons, Jayden Clemons and Brayden Wells, two brothers, David (Jackie) McDowell, Sr. and Harold Strickland; two sisters, Laura (Jesse) George and Hattie (Charley) Guines; three sisters-in-law and four brothers-in-law, a host of nieces, nephews and other relatives.
