Mr. Randy J. Perry, 60 Morrilton, Arkansas transitioned on Saturday, April 9, 2022 at Chi St. Vincent - Little Rock. Randy Joe Perry "Flakes", of Morrilton, AR was born May 3, 1961, to Joseph Flakes and Bettye Hervey. Randy accepted Christ as his personal Savior at an early age, under the leadership of Rev. E.A. Arnold, at Mt Zion Baptist Church, in Morrilton, Arkansas. He was a 1979 graduate of Morrilton High School. After graduation, he worked at Morrilton Packing House.
Those left to cherish his memories are his beloved mother Bettye Hervey; sisters, Debra (Cookie)Garlington; Carlene (Anthony) Holmes, Laura Hervey and Lisa Hervey; one brother, Lee Hervey; Nieces and nephews, Corey Gilreath, LaQuetta (Winston) Garlington-Seals, Rufus Garlington, LaShunda (Steve Shavers), Kanice (Dortez) Calahan , Kimberly Garington, Keyana(Carey) Barnes, Brittney Hayes, Lonisha Abrams, Rasheed Conley and Jabari Taylor; three special friends, Leon Taylor, Jerry Criswell and Tameka Williams, a host of other relatives and loved ones.
